Pasalnya, inflasi menjadi indikator fundamental terkait kesejahteraan masyarakat.

INFLATION IN 2017 PREDICTED HIGHER THAN 2016

Bank Indonesia (BI) stated that Indonesia's economic fundamentals are generally in good condition. However, there are still challenges facing Indonesia's economy in 2017.The challenge is one of them comes from within the country itself, namely inflation. The central bank estimates that inflation in 2017 will be higher than inflation in 2016.

Overall in 2016, inflation stood at 3.02 percent. The central bank monitors, inflationary pressures began from early 2017."There are rises, such as administered prices, administrative costs of STNKs, electricity tariffs, telephone calls causing high inflation," explained Director of the Department of Economic and Monetary Policy of BI Yoga Affandi at the Economic Journalist Training Bank Indonesia in Bandung, Saturday (18/2/2017).

Nevertheless, the central bank still targets inflation in the range of 4 plus minus 1 percent this year. With adjustments to the administered prices component, the steps taken to keep inflation under control are to maintain the stability of volatile food or volatile food components.

According to Yoga, the characteristic of inflation in developing countries is that most of the inflation is contributed by the food component. This component is largely derived from a community food consumption basket.
Therefore, with the control of food component inflation, BI wants Indonesia to enter the era of low inflation regime. The reason, inflation became a fundamental indicator related to the welfare of the community.

Previously, BI Governor Agus DW Martowardojo also gave an explanation related to the potential for inflation in 2017, especially related to the impact of adjustment of administered prices components. According to Agus, the adjustment is a good thing.

"This shows that the government will continue to reform in its subsidy, and the reforms in the energy subsidy will inevitably create inflation and we believe inflation once," Agus explained.
Agus also said it will continue to coordinate with the government on adjustments to the administered prices component and the possible impact on inflation.

One of its efforts is to keep strategic food prices below 4 to 5 percent this year.

LEAVING ON A JET PLANE

LEAVING ON JET PLANE

Singer : Chantal Kreviazuk

Synopsis :
This song tells about someone who came to meet his lover to say goodbye for going away.
The lover really does not want to part, but he has to go and not know when to return.
The lover will always remember herself and promise if return will marry her

All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go
I'm standin' here outside your door
I hate to wake you up to say goodbye

But the dawn is breakin', it's early morn
The taxi's waitin', he's blowin' his horn
Already I'm so lonesome I could die

So kiss me and smile for me
Tell me that you'll wait for me
Hold me like you'll never let me go

'Cause I'm leaving on a jet plane
I don't know when I'll be back again
Oh, babe, I hate to go

I'm ...

There's so many times I've let you down
So many times I've played around
I'll tell you now, they don't mean a thing

Every place I go, I think of you
Every song I sing, I sing for you
When I come back I'll wear your wedding ring

So kiss me and smile for me
Tell me that you'll wait for me
Hold me like you'll never let me go

'Cause I'm leaving on a jet plane
I don't know when I'll be back again
Oh, babe, I hate to go

Now the time has come to leave you
One more time, oh, let me kiss you
And close your eyes and I'll be on my way

Dream about the days to come
When I won't have to leave alone
About the times that I won't have to say ...

Oh, kiss me and smile for me
Tell me that you'll wait for me
Hold me like you'll never let me go

'Cause I'm leaving on a jet plane
I don't know when I'll be back again
Oh, babe, I hate to go

And I'm leaving on a jet plane
I don't know when I'll be back again
Oh, babe, I hate to go

But I'm leaving on a jet plane
(Ah ah ah ah)
Leaving on a jet plane
(Ah ah ah ah)
Leaving on a jet plane
(Ah ah ah ah)
Leaving on a jet plane
(Ah ah ah ah)
Leaving on a jet plane
(Ah ah ah ah)
Leaving on a jet plane
(Ah ah ah ah)
Leaving on a jet plane
(Ah ah ah ah)
Leaving on a jet plane
